Our villa is family owned and we do understand the importance of every detail that will make your vacation a real success, so we make sure our villa is in top shape, well equipped and well supplied; our objective is to provide you with a home away from home.

Our Villa is situated in a residential quiet community called Indian Ridge Oaks, just off highway 192, between markers 5 and 6.  Only 3 miles from Disney's main entrance.

 

 

Surrounded by large Oak trees, community features a pool, a children's playpark, tennis and basketball courts and has paved walking and jogging paths for your morning stroll or jog.

           For Golfers, less than 5 minutes away and within walking distance is the palms golf and country club called Mystic Dunes. Champions Gate, Celebration, Falcon Fire golf courses are all only 10 minutes away.

           Situated just minutes from shops and restaurants which can all be found on the 192, Indian Ridge Oaks is an Ideal community base for your vacation. All the attractions and malls can be reached in about 10 to 20 minutes. Orlando airport to Indian Ridge Oaks is about 30 minutes. 

                                                      

The villa offer a south facing private pool, to maximize the sun exposure, after all Florida is the sunshine state. As well there is a covered area with patio furniture, so you can take a break from the sun, organize a meal outside or still enjoy the warm weather on the occasional rainy days.Garage has been converted to a game room and is equipped with a 7 foot pool table, air hockey and a foostable in a Cars theme decor!
