Included in the rates:
All Taxes and fees are included in these rates.
All bed sheets, ( bedding), included for the 4 beds. All towels and linens for two bathrooms as well as beach towels for the pools are included, for up to 6 people.
Three adult size hybrid bicycles are supplied. Three child size (12'', 14" and 16''). Included as well safety helmets and locks. (summer)
Snowshoes and poles are provided complimentary during winter.
The use of the telephone for local calls , Cable TV, Propane gaz, BBQ. High speed Internet.
Use of infrastrustures exclusives to the complexe Les Manoirs: Pools, Wading Pool, the Spa, the Parcs, the Practice Green, Skating rink, Benches surronding the Pond, the Tree House, Children Play area and infrastructures and the Look out deck / Fire Pit.
The free shuttle Service back and forth to the village, ski Station. One designated parking and one beach access guest passe.
Reservation Process
Once you confirm to us that you wish to book:
1. We block the dates and assign them to you.
2. We issue and send you a signed rental agreement with your reservation number.
3. We request a 25% deposit to garantee the reservation. The deposit will be reimbursed if cancellation is communicated at least 30 days prior to occupancy.

4. For payment of rent balance

5. A $200 for security deposit is required and will be refund after check-out.
5. Check-In: Based on your arrival schedule, we welcome you directly at the condo, provide you with an orientation of the property and area, answer your questions and you are on vacation !
Special Conditions
Our minimum renting period is 2 nights.
Due to allergy issue as well as insurance it is not permitted to bring domestic animals in the property.
Smoking is not permitted inside the condo.
Normal check-in time is 4 pm, check-out is 12 pm. If availability allows, we will adapt your arrival schedule.
$25 will be charged for lost keys.
$50 will be charged for cleaning if left very dirty.
